Check out the trailer for the new Horror/Sci-Fi hybrid, PANDORUM

While surfing the net today, I came across this trailer for a new movie called PANDORUM. Here is the plot direct from OvertureFilms.net:

Two crew members are stranded on a spacecraft and quickly - and horrifically - realize they are not alone. Two astronauts awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft. It's pitch black, they are disoriented, and the only sound is a low rumble and creak from the belly of the ship. They can't remember anything: Who are they? What is their mission? With Lt. Payton staying behind to guide him via radio transmitter, Cpl. Bower ventures deep into the ship and begins to uncover a terrifying reality. Slowly the spacecraft's shocking, deadly secrets are revealed...and the astronauts find their own survival is more important than they could ever have imagined.

I am usually not a big fan of most Horror/Sci-Fi films, but this one looks really good! Check out the trailer below and then let me know what you think!

  1. The movie has clearly been influenced by Dead Space the video game. Similarities of the ships interior the use of lighting, use of sound a close copy of the Ishimura, the way it's shot, story searching for a loved one, various features on the ship such as the stasis tubes like the one at 2.14 look very much like Isaac's visior.
